Booking Terms & Condition

True vacations African Safaris worthy and fully committed to give you the best service and accept your bookings under the following terms and conditions.

According to the Payment Policy, when you confirmed trip with us, we will send all the bank/payment details by mail. Simply take your payment with % of the total package price as directed below for hotel booking and permit process to our Bank Account (Please send to us the Copy of bank money transfer to help us to collect the money from the bank) full payment is required before start the trip and for your last minute booking before a week you need to pay full amount of money as an advance.

Payments can be wired by bank transfer, or credit card. Please, use any means of transfer according to your convenience.

Bank service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit.

For the payment by credit card we only accept Master Card and Visa Card, and 5% extra will be paid by the clients themselves as a card processing fee.

After receiving photo copy of your passport, and 20% advance from you, we send you final confirmation receipt.

Individual:

 20 % of total bill must be paid upon confirmation. The Rest will be in Cash in U$D upon arrival or all payment will be in cash. 

Groups:

30 % must be paid on confirmation.

20 % 21 days prior to the arrival date. 

50 % the rest of amount will be paid upon arrival

Children Policy: 

• Children till 4 years old will be Free for Accommodation sharing parent room for a maximum one. 
• Children between 4 - 12 years old will be charge with 50% of total Accommodation as an adult (50% of Adult in Single Rate). 
• Children over 12 years old will be charge as an adult person
  

Risk & Liabilities:

We are committed to providing the best services which will give you a once in a life time journey in this connection, we perform our duties honestly & seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, the entire programs in Tanzania/East Africa are conducted strictly under the rules and regulation of theirs’ own policies.

Cancellation Policy:

If clients are not able to make their trip or want to cancel the program due to any unavoidable circumstances following charges will be made for the Trip Cancel.

• Less than 60 days in advance:20%
• Less than 45 days in advance:25%
• Less than 30 days in advance:50%
• Less than 15days in advance:75%
• Less than 10days in advance:80%
• One or after the starting date: No refund will be made.

 Program Change/Delay:

The itinerary can change without notice due to inescapable situation outside our control like weather conditions, hazards, political instability, avalanches, sudden sickness, etc. The program can be customized as per the interest of the clients and if the company cancels your trip due to inescapable circumstances, Company would be happy to refer you substitute trip of a similar standard.
